Description

FilterBox 12A NANO is a fully automatic extraction unit with a unique nanofiber filter technology that is ideal for all forms of welding, like MIG, MAG, FCAW, MMA (Stick Welding) including high alloy. The powerful fan offers a maximum extraction capacity of 1,200 m³ per hour (700 CFM), cleaning the air in your workshop quickly and effective. FilterBox 12A NANO has an unique nanofiber filter technology used in the extra-large 17 m² (183 ft²) cartridge. This filter technology offers significant performance benefits, such as higher efficiency and higher surface loading, resulting in more effective filter cleaning and longer cleaning intervals. This provides benefits in terms of longer filter life, higher productivity and lower cost of ownership.

The unit has an advanced filter control system indicating the pressure drop with a series of LED’s as well as on the LCD display. When the air flow is too low an audial alarm precedes the automatic, motorized compressed air cleaning sequence. An integrated silencer reduces noise from the fan and outlet air. Additional protection from harmful particles is provided if a HEPA filter is installed (optional).
