Plastic dust is highly prone to static buildup, which can act as an ignition source. We utilize grounded, anti-static filter media and conductive ducting components to ensure that static charges are safely dissipated before they can pose a fire or explosion risk.

Yes. MDF creates a very fine, hazardous dust that requires high-efficiency filtration, while solid timber produces larger shavings. We design our systems with the correct “transport velocity” to ensure all waste types move through the ducting without clogging.

Bin venting involves placing a specialized dust collector on top of a storage silo or hopper. As the bin is filled, air is displaced; our venting systems capture the resulting dust, returning it to the product stream and preventing it from escaping into the environment or creating a pressure hazard.

The duration of counselling can vary from one session to several years, depending on circumstances. This subject would be discussed at the first meeting and generally, three to six sessions are allowed for and then this is reviewed.
